i believe in candida but i don't think most in here are suffering from it
the candida diet is a pretty healthy Diet which explains why some get healed from it , it boosts the immune system by cutting out processed foods

basically i believe if you suffer from white discharge , or white stuff in your stool and if you have white fuzz on your tonsils or the back of your throat these strongly suggest candida.white tongue does not in itself diagnose candida as it can become white for any number of reasons.

those are in my opinion things that point toward candida overgrowth but other symptoms said to be caused by candida are vague and could be caused by any number of issues. Tweet
