That's great! Question for you - is the Vitality program the same as the incurables program ? I had thought the Bowel Cleanse would be part of the larger programs.

I am doing If1/IF2 and SF myself and going to start adding in garlic soon.

I have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome as well.
