just wanted to check in and say hi. here i am at day two, still feeling very, very motivated for this fast. i haven't had an cravings at all... i know most people report that cravings are most intense in the first few days, but in my personal experience, i've gotten them really badly on the fifth day, for some weird reason. i wonder if that has anything to do with the switch over to full ketosis?
i'm glad to see that so many people are starting fasts today! i feel like i'm in very good company :)
