Greens for the Winter..


1. Grow Wheatgrass and juice it

2. Sprouts of whatever kind- They usually only take a couple of days to grow

3. Sprout your soup beans by soaking 24 hrs before cooking- They taste much better and have far higher lifeforce for your body.

4. You can sprout green peas, Garbanzos, etc.

These are ways to have live green food when everything outside is frozen..
