There used to be a great canned bread made by Dromedary in the same sized can as the brown bread- It was a date-nut bread, which I haven't seen in years now. That stuff was delicious :)!
I am also sure I've seen where one can make bread in a mason jar and can it, but am not sure where I saw that over the last several years.
Of course flour and corn tortillas, chapatis, roti, pita, etc. are good too, and easier to make for folks like me who probably won't have the time to be kneading bread and waiting for it to rise.
