Now I am really confused?

Both of the above emails have given me opposite response to my question of cleansing when I have a cold. My cold is mild to moderate symptoms. Slight cough, on and off stuffy nose, kinda tired.

Any more insights to help with my decision to proceed or not with cleanse? Thanks
