Water-efficient hygiene without running water

Use a pump sprayer from Home Depot. The very lightweight handheld models start at about $5. USD.

Just mix hot and cold water to the temp you want, put the water in the container, pump up the pressure and there's your shower spray.

Very efficient for use of water. Hardly any waste at all.

Also extremely useful for care of invalids..

PS: Never wash within 20' of local water sources like rivers, creeks, streams or lakes/ponds, you will be contaminating the water. Typhoid/Cholera, etc.
