Search for a cure...

My dear friend has advanced stages of Parkenson's disease. I just met him a few weeks ago. Would someone please be kind onough to list what might me cinsiddered the first few "most important" things to do that will help cure the disease, weather they be diet, exercise and how much, suppliments... I'm actually a physical therapy assistand and he is one of the people I work with. I would be grateful for any input. Please send replies to tumblweed4@juno.com as well as posting here for others.
