A mountain of Health Problems- Please Help!

Hello! My brother was diagnosed with cancer 6 years ago and went through surgery, radiation, and chemo; along with almost 2 years straight of antibiotics for multiple infections. He has been in remission for several years now, but has suffered from a mountain of health issues since which include: crohn's disease, severe stomach ulcers, lots of food allergies, and insomnia. He is under weight and always feels weak and tired. When he eats he either vomits (unententinaly) within 30 minutes of eating or develops intense stomach and intestinal pain. His bowel movements are irregular and uncontrollable, with lots of undigested food and a horribly strong foul odor (fills the house even though the bathroom door is closed and the fan is on). He takes proibiotics and I ordered him some Manuka honey which has not come in yet, but I don’t know what else he should being. Any help would be VERY much appreciated!!!!
