so what is your personal strategy for dealing with the temptation that comes up from having to still be intimately involved with food? do you ever find yourself just automatically about to taste something? i didn't realize how often i did that until my first fast... i was preparing food for my daughter and it was just a reflex to see how salty the food was... it's something you definitely have to remain super-conscious of.
how is your fasting going? i read that you were going to take a break for a while but then changed your mind? i'm coming up to my 24 hour mark and i'm feeling pretty strong.
