why don't you get some blood tests done?
people here are just guessing what is causing your heart palpitations , it could be any kind of mineral/electrolyte imbalance or like i say it may be low blood Sugar or any number of things

don't expect people on the internet to diagnose you (without any form of test results) for something as vague (and possibly dangerous) as heart palpitations Tweet
