Awesome Im glad to here that the raw food lifestyle is blessing your life.Blessing and cursing are truly a choice and blessing is the only way to go.I to like David Wolf and enjoy listening to his audio and watching his videos out there on the web.I have not read any of his books yet have you?There are 3 mp3s of David Wolf at oneradionetwork.com that you might want to listen to.You will have to sign in to access them but they are free other than that.I love smoothies and have some master tonic brewing in the back room along with some cayenne.One of my favorite super foods is sunflower greens,they are a bit on the laborious side but well worth the effort.There versitility is great I blend,eat and juice them during the growing season here in central Illinois.Right now the local orchards are in full swing and fresh apples and cider along with fresh local honey are plentiful.Unfortunately my growing of green sprouts outside is winding down and coming to a close.Growing your own fresh living organic food is economical and fun.Unfortunately my access to tropical food such as young coconuts and avocado is limited and pricey.And as far as eating mono meals is the best way to manage energy conservation of the body.This can be advantages as far as health and wellbeign goes.jeff
