That's pretty much what happens to me too. Mine is blood Sugar related. Are you diabetic or hypoglycemic?

I think maybe if you took some alkaseltzer gold the first time you woke up and sat up it might have helped. It was probably too late the second time.

I'm working on getting around this problem not because I mind vomiting that much but because that cold-sweat-panicy feeling scares me. I finally figured out it was my blood Sugar droping the last time. I'll be posting results of my experimental method in a week or so from now.
