I passed something like this too, without the black specks. Also the malted milk ones which looked similiar but were different inside. I thought it was probably from the colon.

It could be all that mag that is cleaning us out or it could be that our livers are producing more bile which is cleaning us out. Weird thing is I didn't pass any of this odd stuff when doing Colon Cleanses or fasts in the past. Maybe it's not from the liver but from the gallbladder which does look like it could hold quite a bit.

I'd be interested in hearing from some people who have done both the colon cleansing and the liver flush. Any feedback welcome.
