day three

hi guys! i havent written in a few days, but i am still here! today is the dreaded day three for me, and i made sure i am nice and busy- especially at night. i feel much more motivated to finished what i started last time, and cut short. everyone sounds like their fasts are going so well, definitly good to hear : ) but, i dont know where everyone else lives, but here in ct, the weather is getting mighty cold- which is always magnified during fasts.. i was cold last week and the temperature has dropped! also, a question, last time i fasted and last night and today i have been getting phlem (flem? man, how do you spell that!?) in th back of my throat.. has this happened to anyone or am i merely getting a cold? (i havent been sick in years!) let me know!
