I think u could see the difference in it after ur fasting though it depends how visible ur porous are. When I was 20 and still had porous but less visible than now. I was eating right combos of food for about 2 and a half months and my skin was just fantastic and all porous were INVISIBLE. When I got back to old habits I noticed they became visible again... After my 10 days Water Fast my skin became better and my porous became almost invisible again. I think the idea is eat very healthy and in right combinations and then ur body will do everything to change 'things' to a better side in the best way it is still possible to change.
