stones at last!!!!
I did my first flush last year about this time and experienced a little nausea and immediate runs. I took Ornithine and slept very well. In the morning when I sat up I felt some swishing around in the gallbladder area and shortly after that began passing the pea-sized green stones. I hadn't experience such relief in years! My energy levels soared; within a week I was losing
inches (didn't check the scales though). The holidays came up and I came down with a virus which I could not shake for 2 months! My energy levels went down and I no longer slept good. Subsequent flushes produced disappointing results. 2-3 small stones and no improvement in energy or overall health.
I found this forum quite by accident - searching for information on malic acid. I had also come across Julia Chang's site and ordered her products. I followed her directions faithfully and at last was ready for the next flush. Was I ever disappointed when this flush also produced little results! And the pain persisted in the upper back area along with all the other old symptoms.
Out of desperation, I went back to a chelation formula I had tried several years ago before I was aware of the
Liver Flush (Vaxa products). This product along with the PH Buffer had relieved alot of the muscle and joint pains I had been experiencing. Since being back on this product, I notice alot of what appears to be "grit" in my stool. I've done another flush while on this product and did not pass any stones but more of this "grit".
I read somewhere in this forum that you can safely take a teaspoon or 2 of
Epsom Salts with water or juice every evening to help reduce the pain and discomfort at night. Well, I did that. The result was gas and a watery stool that smelled to high h..... It was enough to bring an army to their knees. I blamed it on the e.s. but continued taking it at night because it did offer some relief. Low and behold! This week I have been taking the e.s. and did not have the odoriferous stools; nor did I have the runs. Also, 2 days ago I was just feeling so much pressure and discomfort I just knew I needed to do a flush. I had not prepared and had only a small window of time to do something. So I took the e.s. early evening and a couple of hours later took lemon juice and olive oil at 15 minute intervals. I had not done this before -- oooooh the pain. I could barely hold down the lemon and oil. It burned my esophagus all night. I felt like I was going to explode! I tried massaging my gallbladder area - to no avail. All day yesterday, I felt the discomfort and a slight upset stomach.
Finally, last night I took an enema. I passed three pieces of what first appeared to be poop, but on closer inspection realized they were not. They were each approximately 1" in diameter. I found something to crush them with I discovered they were all quite brittle! They reminded me of malted milk balls! I could hardly believe that I could have passed stones that big, but I'm here to tell you I DID IT! I'm feeling so much better today, although I did not sleep very well last night.
I'm sure there will be more stones to come, but I created these little stone puppies over the last 40 years at least, they're not going away overnight!
The moral of this very long story is - don't give up! And it's so much easier if you prepare properly. I don't understand those who say they are afraid. That's our good old AMA's grip on our society! P.S. I really love this forum. It's great to be able to share similar experiences.
