Hi Ritchie, congratulations on your flush. As I read your results, you mentioned stones the size of sesame seeds. I did my first flush last night. This morning and throughout the day, I had the runs, and what I expelled looked like sesame seeds, I described them earlier like well grinded nuts. Lots and lots of those. But I didnt know they may have been stones. A few really bright green ones that looked like the skin of peas. Well I am looking foward to doing my next flush next weekend. Barbi Tweet
