My liver is puffing heat waves some time after meals.
I also found I don't have the urge to eat more food, and sometimes I digest almost all I ate ( and this is not a case of shit sticking to my colon ).
I used to eat lotsa Sugar - not any more, no white, niether brown. No swets, jams etc.
I started from replacing Sugar with honey, now I take about table spoon a day.
