An Oleander soup for pets protocol?

Is there a posted protocol for pets?

A friend's 7 year old Bassett hound furry family member has been given 3 months to live with brain cancer and no options other than pain killers.

I mentioned the Oleander soup and she's very open to the idea.

For protocol is it the same for Stherlandia OPC herbal cancer cure and for home-made Oleander soup?

And is there a group of reference links I can provide?

I would like to provide a compact easy reference message - I have the Oleander soup recipe and Oleander for her. And I am sure it would also make a great post to keep here as reference... (Best ref. links would also be appreaciated.)
