I'll tell you this...when it all suddenly stopped, I felt wonderful!
Here and there it tried to come back, a little, but there is still a calm and peaceful spot which returns. I don't get anywhere near the urgency I felt before.
I gave up bread, too, and content myself with rice crackers, maybe two or three a day. I'll have to watch what I put on them I think...sometimes butter and a tiny bit of honey...mostly veggie sandwich stuff with minced garlic and ginger...sometimes imitation crab...sometimes cheddar cheese.
