What's up with Dr Dean Edell?
I listen to his radio show but he's starting to piss me off. At first he seems logical and unbiased, then he drops bombshells every so often...
First a guy calls to the show saying that he and two other people in his family removed their mercury
Amalgams and as a result made great progress in reducing their
Depression and need for psycotropic pharmaceuticals. Dr Dean insists it was just a placebo-like psychological effect and that the
Amalgam mercury wasn't doing any harm. This wasn't the first time I heard Dr Dean make excuses for mercury, and when he does it's like he's scrambling to cover up something.
Then another caller describes his strong and unusual ammonia-like
Body Odor after exercising, and Dr Dean goes on at length about how his tap water might be the reason or how the normal proteins, like everyone else has, in his sweat might be producing the smell. Not once did Dr Dean mention Helicobacter bacterial infection, which is well known (among doctors at least) to be a cause of such symptoms. Mostly though it was that "I can't say I-don't-know so I'll spew some Mickey Mouse no brain shiat to keep my superiority, ego and paycheck in line".
What a disappointment. I thought he was enlightened above other doctors but I guess not! He certainly did more harm in that one radio show than he helped.
