I have been asked to fill a vile every 4 days or so (I can't remember the exact number, but it was either 3,4,or 5 days) , and after each one is completed send it to the doctors straight away for each individual vile, so maybe this answers your question about preservatives .

I think that if there's more of a chance of a positive test over a full moon, that I might do the first one four days before the full moon, the second one on the day before the full moon (I hear there is slightly more activity the night before?), and then the third one two days after the full moon. Unless you can think of a slightly better timeline for the three samples to show a positive result? (Like 4 days before moon, day before moon, then day of moon?)
