Hi Anonymous! I experienced bad back and neck pains and got into a very anxious state a couple of years ago which was, I now know with hindsight, the start of my liver protesting at years of getting more and more clogged up. Your pains sound very like my symptoms. I found acupuncture a great help and then I found this site (thank God) and have been flushing furiously. The flushes are really helping me so don't worry. I think everyone on this site has been there, worried, anxious, thinking that the flush sounds horrific and it won't work for them even if it does for everyone else. Just read the posts in the archives they are proof that people travel along a similar road in this Liver Cleansing business and then they get happier and happier and no longer need to visit so often.
