Not anything quick, but a few things to lessen problems

The basic stand-by of a warm heating pad.

Keep hydrated with lots of hot tea, I prefer jasmine green or white (brew up a thermal carafe of your favorite)

Daily calcium with magnesium to balance the ratio, iron daily taken along with vitamin C for better absorption.
