Yup you know who you are, you guys are really great. Anyway I know what you mean but I have read on the h2o fasting forum before, & I know all the health benefits however if anyone is fasting to lose weight the people on that forum actually scorn and seem to despise them. Grats on day 2 fasinggirl, you must fast often...yes?
