PCC is a co-op chain in western Washington. The millet bread tasted fine, but, yeah, the yeast bothered me. I think a lot of these "natural" breads get frozen because they don't contain preservatives and therefore would quickly mold if left on the shelf. Lately I've been enjoying Food for Life's Multi Seed Rice Bread (once again found in the freezer case). It's very tasty toasted and has no yeast, gluten, corn or soy. I can't have any wheat of any sort b/c of gluten intolerance so this bread is like a godsend to me.
