That's the recipe for The Master Cleanse which is not recommended for anyone with candida as the maple syrup, yes, even grade B which is used, will feed the candida. Granted, it is not as bad as the pancake style syrup, but it still is bad, bad, bad for candida.

Don't shoot the messenger, I just think it's important that accurate information be posted as these posts are read thousands of times over the years.
