*****if we all really are passing hundreds, even thousands of stones, we must look to the root cause of why we are developing so many stones. ****
Here here! I totally agree. I have a couple of theories. I (and my whole family) was on a low fat diet for over 5 years and I think it caused my gallbladder and liver to have decreased bile function. I think when I started eating things with oil in it again it couldn't keep up. Dr Hulda's book confirmed this when she said that the gallbladder must have oil in order to function. Dr Atkins site also says that people who have been on low fat diets sometimes have problems with thier gallbladder on his diet hence his low fat version. Too bad they don't just tell them to do a liver flush.
Has anyone had Gallstones but never been on a low fat diet? Of course Dr Hulda also says that liver function can be low because of the flukes so I might have wound up with Gallstones anyway. No way to prove it I guess.
