Yes we have a tendaency to compare item to item costs rather than the overall food bill

As for the adults, a little less food probably will give the intestines a rest- as for the children who are still growing they will lose the hydrolized trans fats and sugar, Sugar substitutes and get more nutrition

It is expensive- through the roof, if you don't prepare yourself or if you don't have a store who has organic produce in your 20-20 mi radius

And I still eat a few cooked foods, but lots sof leafy greens

And FRUITS, we are a nation that does not eat enough fruit
