Estrogen-like doesn't mean estrogenic
Estrogen may be taking the fall...
All these chemicals, endocrine disruptors, can't be put in the same category as body-made estrogen like estradiol. If there was so much true estrogen dominance no one would be need HRT.
I don't think you can categorize all endocrine disruptors as estrogenic, even if some professors make that claim. Also, the list of estrogen dominance symptoms resembles hypothyroidism. People seem to get rid of PMS on thyroid meds.
Too much is left unexplained. For example, you still have the same amount of estrogen in your body when you take
Iodine but don't have the symptoms attributed to estrogen dominance. So what's going on? Does lack of
Iodine UNMASK estrogen imbalance? When Funahashi gave rats progesterone and NO IODINE, he still found
Iodine in their dead tumors because, he reported, dietary iodine increased the uptake of iodine.
How can estrogen be so dominant if getting iodine into the cells reverses the symptoms without altering the estrogen? Was something else going on?
We've got all these questions and no answers.
