I probably couldn't convince you to give enemas a try, but more than one person I have counseled who had your attitude at first became enthusiastic supporters of the old fashioned and time tested gentle cleansing enema after experiencing the benefits for themselves.

Enemas don't have to be messy and uncomfortable when done properly. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to follow up here.
