Please help- my Dad has BPH big time

My dad has just been diagnosed with BPH, along with a UTI for which he´s on an antibiotic.
I have a Magpulser, a water ozonator, a blood electrification device, a Sota Lightworks LED, a CS generator, and a Far Infrared Sauna .
Would any of these help? Any advice on these, or on supplements or whatever else, would be greatly appreciated. He´s catheterized at the moment, and I really want to be able to have that taken out ASAP.
The mainstream doc at the ER where I took my dad today wants him to see a urologist, which I´d rather avoid if at all possible.
