where to buy orthinine (sp?) tablets?

Hi again! I know, my questions never stop but...I want to make sure I do this right.

Anyone know a good online source and/or the chemical name of this? It would be great to be able to purchase this from a pharmacy here in Spain, if possible, but for that I need to know the chemical name.
