After thorughly confusing myself reading this forum I wonder how much of a difference it really makes. It seems like both distilled and properly filtered make the water almost equally as clean and each probably has its own specific drawbacks. If the water is almost equally as clean either way, then what is the debate? You're better off with either one then nothing. Even if one is a little better, does that small difference really make a large difference to your health? If I've missed something, then please do correct me.
