WOW hate to tell you this (or maybe it is a good thing) and I am new at this but the rice looking things you passed were parasites! So that is GREAT! So it is working and your doing GREAT! If it was me I would keep flushing. I'm doing my second cleanse next week and can't wait to feel like a kid again......ok at least I can hope! LOL I"ve felt so lousey for years. Good luck.
