Need to know whats wrong...

I hate to be so graphic but judging from some of the posts/pics I've seen on this site I'm sure you've heard worst.

Sometimes when I go #2 I discharge this clear gel with a yellowish tint from back there. What is that? is it normal?

Also, sometimes when I go #2 I'll bleed (at times even profusely, at other times less so). What does this mean?

I never go #2 easily. It just never wants to come out. I always have to assist it. Why is that? Tweet
