--Jarvis Vt Folk Medicine corrections--

Hi Ya'll,

The following is in reference to some comments that Jarvis made in his observations during his Life as he saw things from his perspective.

Dr Jarvis was a man in his own field of work and learned a lot of things about
pH of the body, which have helped many people over the years, who are able to
understand what he is talking about and apply some of his ideas, but like many
people he may have viewed things from a Different angle as most and thus the
message he is trying to relay may come across with a bit of mis-understanding by
those reading his works !

He also reported things as he saw them and understood them, but like most people
he may have not understood some areas properly and thus made statements, which
many people may read and "NOT" understand entirely correct ?

For example the comments about Mastitis in the cows and "WHY" they got the
Mastitis may not be entirely correct, but he reported as he understood !

First the soil was treated with Hen manure, which means that the crop would have
been High in Nitrogen and Potassium !

And the next problem was that they grew Peas and Oats on this field, which when
eaten in boot stage or Pre=Boot stage may have had large amounts of Potassium
Nitrate in the Tissue of the plants from being fertilized with hen manure!

Now what Dr. Jarvis may not have understand , in this condition was that when
one has a crop grown as such and the plants are too High in Potassium Nitrate,
this Causes the Lymphatic Fluids of the cow to become too Acidic, from too much
Excess NPN, which he may not have been of the understanding in his time !

What it appears is that he saw that the Digestive system became Alkaline, but
may not have understood "WHY" ?

The Reason "WHY" may have been that when too much NPN is taken into the
Digestive system, this may Cause the Digestive Bacteria to be "KILLED", which
they are what Create the Acids in the Digestive system to be able to Digest the
feed, and when they are "KILLED" , then the Digestive system may become too
Alkaline(as Dr. Jarvis saw) for a time until the foods begins to Putrify,
Causing too Acidic of a condition, which may Cause Diarrhea then !

And it was this problem of too much NPN, which Caused the Mastitis !

And altho the tests he was doing were showing an Alkaline condition in "the part
of the body", "which he was testing"(the Digestive system), the problem was
"NOT" because of the Lymphatic Fluids becomming too Alkaline, but because they
became too Acidic, and he may have been unable to test this or not known to do
so ?

His Solution was to use an Acid as apple cider vinegar to change the pH, but
what he may not have understood, was the Fact that the Electro-magnetic Energy
may not be Released from the Alkaline Minerals, "unless" there is enough of the
needed Acids to react against these Alkaline Minerals !

So, what he was doing by using ACV was to provide the weak acids needed to Cause
the available Alkaline Minerals to be able to Release their Electro-magnetic
Energy in the Digestive system !

For the ACV Caused the Digestive system to be able to Cause a greater Release of
the needed Electro-magnetic Energy from the Alkaline Minerals present in the
feed, which in turn Caused the Lymphatic Fluids to become more Alkaline, which
helped overcome the problems of Mastitis !

And by this comment of his, he seems to have understood the need for Acids in
the Digestive system to react against the feed to Release energy from the feed:
If a dairy cow secretes enough acid in her digestive tract she may overcome the
kind of alkaline reaction this herd accquired from eating the peas and oats and
so may avoid mastitis. End of his comment.

By this comment it would appear that he was talking about the Digestive system
could not be Alkaline or the cow would have Mastitis problems, and in this idea
he would be correct !

And he was correct that Bacteria could not Live in too Acid of a condition, for
one may look at Honey, which is Acidic and because of this , it may sit on a
shelf for a long time and Bacteria will not grow in it !

But, the Harmful Bacteria, which was a problem with Mastitis, came about because
of too much Nitrogen in the form of NPN and he realized this to some extent,
because of this statement he made: "After we had taken the first two steps in
treating the cows there was still a third treatment: "lowering the amount of
protein intake", a "customary procedure in mastitis". End of his comment.

As one can see, he understood the connection to too much Protein, but he may not
have fully understand it, because he thought that the ACV and Iodine was what
was mostly Solving the problem, and was just sure it was the ACV, because that
was his field of work, and when a person sees so many things that may be Solved
by properly using ACV, then one may get a clouded view about "WHY" some things
may be so ?

For I can tell you that unless the Protein(Nitrogen) NPN levels had not been
Lowered, he would have "NEVER" Solved the Mastitis problems in the cows !

Now, to Clarify "WHY" and "What" Dr. Jarvis may not have understood or these
writings of his are not clear about what was taking place with the pH in
relationship to what pH of what part of the body ?

He seems to be partly correct in this idea of his, in that it was the Digestive
system , which was made more Acidic and in turn Caused more Electro-magnetic
Energy from Alkaline Minerals to be Released, which in turn Caused the bodys
Lymphatic Fluids to become more Alkaline !

And again by this comment of his, he seems to understood the need for Acids in
the Digestive system to react against the feed to Release energy from the feed:

Nitrogen is an Isotope and it may Cause Different reactions to occur, depending
upon , which Isotope it is, Dr. Jarvis may "NOT" have understand this Fact !

Thus what was taking place when a cow got Mastitis from getting too much NPN
from the plants grown with too much Potassium Nitrate, was that this Caused the
cows Lymphatic Fluids to become too Acidic, and when the cows were Removed from
eating too much Protein and ACV was given to the cows, the ACV Caused the
Nitrogen to change to a Different Isotope, thus helping to "STOP" the NPN from
Causing the Lymphatic Fluids from becomming too Acidic, thus helping to "STOP"
the problem of Mastitis !

Of course back at that time Iodine was used for many things to try and stop the
bacteria, because of it's ability to "KILL" any Bacteria it came in contact with
in high enough dosages !

But, had the Excess Proteins (NPN) not been removed, neither the ACV or the
Iodine may have Solved the Mastitis problems !

As usual not everything may be as it may first seem to be !

Again Dr. Jarvis has provided much info as he viewed it with what he understood,
but some of his understandings, may not have provided him with Completely
accurate info as to "WHY" the problems were as they were or the writings may not
clearly convey this info to the reader !

And one of the Biggest problems that many people may have when reading his info
and then thinking they have the Correct answers, may be in the Fact, that unless
there is enough of the needed Acids to React against the needed Alkaline
Minerals during the Digestive process, then the Alkaline Minerals will "NOT"
give up their Electro-magnetic Energy to the Plant or Animal or Human and this
will Cause a Lack of needed Alkaline Mineral Electro-magnetic Energy to power
the related subject to be able to keep it Healthy !

And some people will "Falsely" check a condition, which may not be the media
needed to be checked and determine that it may be an Alkaline condition, but not
understand that unless there is enough of the needed Acids to react against the
Alkaline condition with the proper needed Alkaline Minerals in the Digestive
system, that "NO" Electro-magnetic Energy will be released, thus Causing
Sickness and Disease to occur in Plant and Animal or Human !

Here was another of the comments from Dr. Jarvis: If the skin is acid in
reaction it demonstrates that it is doing its part in removing acid from the
blood. If it is alkaline it shows that not enough acid is coming into the blood
to lower its sodium bicarbonate. This is another indication that the
vinegar-and-honey drink should be taken with every meal, or at other times
during the day. End of comment.

Answer to this: While the comment may be true that as the skin is Removing Acids
that it is doing it's job of helping the Blood, many people may mis-understand
this to mean that the skin mantle is supposed to be Acidic, which is "False"
info !

Because , while the skin may help remove Acids , if it does not have enough
Alkaline Minerals in the Lymphatic Fluids around the pores of the skin to help
Neutralize these Acids, which it is helping Remove, then the skin may erupt in
Rashes and Boils or Psoriasis etc !

So, in order for the skin to be Healthy it "MUST" have enough Alkaline Minerals
to keep it Alkaline enough to be able to deal with the Acids it has to help
Remove from the body !

As usual not everything may be as it may first seem to be !

Dr. Jarvis may have been correct in what he saw happening, but he may have
mis-understood some of the Details as to "WHY" or his writings may not convey to
the reader the correct understanding ?

As usual the Devil is in the details !

And many people may be reading Dr. Jarvis info an come to believe ideas, which
may be totally opposite of what they really are in "Fact" as to "WHY" things
work as they do ?
