please help systemic candida i feel like im losing it!!!

please if anyone can help!!! i have systemic candida. im only 26 and I was on the pill for yrs and on Antibiotics on and off for years. i have been doing the diet and taking nystatin and i feel like im not getting better. my Acne is horrible as well. I also am suffering from extreme Depression and unrealness which is the worst thing of all.... can anybody help?! Im desperate....even my ND doesnt believe how bad off i am. my food is not being digested as well...my stool has whole pieces of food in it...
