for people with liver stones, but no gallbladder, which type of flush is best, still clark style okay?

my sister had her gallbladder removed many years ago, now in her 50's and she's having pain/nausea/fullness, just like when she had a gallbladder full of stones. too bad she lost her gallbladder back then.
