I am 34 yo, last week I had a heart attack, and three stents are put in. chole 440, LDL 360

Last week I had chest pain which turn out to be a major heart attack. I had three stents put in. Doctor prescribed blood pressure medication, zocor, plavix, and aspirins. He told me that zocor, plavix, and aspirin has to be taken rest of my life.
My father died of heart attack when he was 45, my cholesterol has been 440, LDL 360, HDL 36. I did not expect I would have heart attack so early in my age. I don't want to have heart attack anymore.
