Alpha and omega
You must let them know in no uncertain terms that you are an adult and will no longer tolerate being spoken down to by anyone, them included
Approach your creditors in an honest way about your huge dept, ask if they can’t find a better repayment plan
Maybe try and consolidate all your dept into one amount and repaying over a longer period
You could get a bank loan and your parents who have become a burden must help you by standing surety in the case of you defaulting, which it no you will not.
