Actually I'm eating about half a pineapple a day, and also taking humaworm for parasites/candida and have been passing candida in stools and urine. the website I check nutrition info stats that 1 whole sweet pineapple has 93g of sugar and a reg pineapple has 83g of sugar. I've read that pineapple is also good for digestion which I have a Problem w/.
