Complete with herbs and clay to eliminate hunger and cleansing reactions.

I believe the fruit is fine. The nuts - however - seem to be feeding the Candida. Plan to drop the nuts. May have to add some lean protien back to replace them.

Plan to eat all fruit - except 1 meal of veggies and fish or fowl.
