I have been taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for about 9 months now - on and off. I ramped up very slowly starting one drop twice a day and adding another drop every week, so I never experienced any nausea or diarrhea. The positive effects that I have experienced are the elimination of sinus infections and allergies, it works very well as a sleep aid and I wake up alert and ready to start the day instead of draggy the way I used to be.
