Hi! You just described my life in a "nutshell". Hard to believe others have lived like I have for so long. This forum is so wonderful. It has helped me through the horrible times when I thought I had opened such a can of worms. I started the Liver Flushes on the 4th of July this year and have completed 6 so far and going for a 7th tomorrow. I have probably passed 1500 stones (maybe more because I started saving them after the 2nd flush). Anyway....it has been a life saver. You are going to laugh at this but I finished a crossword puzzle yesterday. My mind has been so fuzzy for so long I could never finish one. My brain fog was just part of my life. My mental clarity is just one of the benefits that I am noticing. When I was pregnant with my daughter (1983) I developed a grey patch of hair just above my right eye. My husband told me yesterday that the patch was going away. Also, my fingernails used to layer and split and never grow. They are growing so fast now. And my edema is going away. I used to eat a piece of bread and my feet would blow up and my fingers felt very tight. I ate a bagle the other day and I was waiting for the tightness in my shoes and it didn't happen. I can see the veins on the top of my feet now. Seems like a little thing, but it is a very BIG deal to me. I am 51 and feel better than I did at 40. I am happy you found this forum so soon! My husband and I rode Mountain Bikes over the Continental Divide 5 years ago. I thought I would never be able to do that again. I am thinking different now. Maybe I can.
