ive read that if u take ovary glandular this can help one to increase their estrogen if it is low.is this true and if so is this better than taking phytoestrogens?

or are phytoestrogens safer?....i know of maca root..........but if ones dheas/testosterone is high wouldnt it be better to work on the glands instead of taking phytoestrogens?
