How quickly do people experience detox? I'm not eating all raw. I've eaten a couple of tablespoons of goji berries a day over the last week and feel really sleepy and fatigued. I've also been eating raw chocolate. I don't like the caoca nibs, they are so bitter, i don't know how people eat them just as they are.

I'm also going to take maca, to help my endocrine system (hypo) but hate the taste. I've heard people say amount ranging from teaspoons to tablespoons, so is two tablespoons too much? I have the organic powder, but have now ordered tablets because i hate the taste, but since read the tablets not as good as the powder.

Has anyone had good results from using maca? I've read it helps thyroid conditions but i also read on a forum that it can suppress hormones the same as soya, so i'm now confused.

I'm just wondering how quickly i will feel energised, as i feel quite low at the moment mentally and physically.
