NSPD-51 Bush CAN suspend the elections IF...

...he decides to declare a "National Emergency" of ANY sort.

Regarding what one believes or feels about Sorcha Faal, the fact is that Bush DID instigate NSPD-51 (National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive), which allows him (or any president) to suspend the elections and take over power dictatorialy in the event of ANYTHING that the president decides to label as a national emergency.

It is my understanding that is action would indeed, cause mass revolts/societal upset, that would be the EXACT thing the PTB need to call out the millions of Chinese/Russian/foreign UN Troops that are stationed at underground military facilities throughout the nation, usher in martial law, and start filling the hundreds of empty "Fema Facilities" (aka concentration camps) throughout this country.

11003--Seizure of all aircraft and airports by the Federal Government.

11004--Housing and Finance authority may shift population from one locality to another. Complete integration.

11005--Seizure of railroads, inland waterways, and storage facilities.

11051--The Director of the Office of Emergency Planning authorized to put Executive Orders into effect in "times of increased international tension or financial crisis". He is also to perform such additional functions as the President may direct.
