Dr. Schulze says this combination of juice is the best for blood building:
40% apple juice
40% grape juice
20% any red, blue, or purple fruit like blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, cherry, prune, etc.
He says wheatgrass juice is the most detoxifying juice, but it's really strong. He says to start with 1 ounce a day mixed in with one of your carrot juice drinks.
